Ogden – Donald "Don" Keith Critchlow passed away peacefully on March 1, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on June 14, 1936 to Joseph Fuller Critchlow Jr. and Ruby Pearl Farley Critchlow in Ogden, Utah.

Don married the love of his life, Merna Joy Christensen, on October 12, 1956 in the Logan LDS Temple. He worked for 34 years at Key Bank prior to his retirement. He later worked for Ogden School District for 19 years.

Don was a High Priest in the Lorin Farr 1st Ward. He served as High Priest Group Leader and instructor and he enjoyed taking care of the full time missionaries.

He loved to make people laugh and always had a special joke or story to tell. Don enjoyed the theater and acting. He often appeared in special roles in the television series "Touched by an Angel." He enjoyed gardening and fishing and loved to take his sons, daughters, and grandchildren along with him.

Don will be fondly remembered for his love of his wife and family. He always said they made his life wonderful.

He is survived by his wife, Merna; daughter, Cindy Critchlow; sons, Rick (Elizabeth) Critchlow and Boyd (Karen) Critchlow; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; father-in-law, H.J. Christensen; twin sister, Donna Bott; brother, Joe Critchlow; brother-in-law, Boyd (Kay) Christensen; and sister-in-law, Laura (Gary) Dawson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Lorin Farr Stake Center, 7th Street and Adams Avenue. Friends may call on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, and prior to services at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment, Washington Heights Memorial Park.
