Ralph Breiner.

Ralph Breiner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Breiner, and a grandson of Mrs. Diana Spiker, of LaHarpe, died Sunday morning at 3 o'clock, Nov. 3, 1918, aged 19 years, 2 months and 12 days. His death occurred at the family home, 5 miles northeast of LaHarpe, known as the old Spiker homestead, and was caused by pneumonia following influenza[.] He was sick about three weeks. He is survived by his parents and two younger brothers, Lloyd and Earl. Ralph is highly spoken of as having been an industrious, exemplary young man and the family have the sympathy of LaHarpe iriends [sic] in their bereavment [sic].

The funeral services will be held at the home this afternoon at 1 o'clock, and burial in LaHarpe cemetery. Elder Catlin, of Old Bedford will officiate.
