RITES SCHEDULED IN WORTHAM FOR ERNEST ROGERS
Funeral services for Ernest E. Rogers, 72, will be held Wednesday at 2 pm in Walker Chapel. Conducting the rites will be the Rev. Bill Reynolds, Methodist minister from Valley Mills. Burial will be in the Wortham City Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Home. Mr. Rogers, a life long, resident of Wortham, died Monday at Wortham Hospital. Survivors are his wife of Wortham; 3 daughters, Mrs. Eva Miller of Mexia, Mrs. Frances Zuber and Mrs. Idell Cowart both of Wortham; a son Billy Rogers of Wortham; 2 brothers, Jack Rogers and Eddy Rogers
both of Worthaml 15 grand children and 3 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Mrs. Bertha Griffin of Mexia,
Mrs. Jewell Dowell of New London, Mrs. Elexzene Dizmon of Ft. Worth and Mrs. Ella Roberson of Pasadena.
