Raymond Moore
Former Seminole resident Raymond Frank Moore died Thursday, April 9, 2009 in Inola, at the age of 79.
He was born Dec. 10, 1929 in Duncan, to Milton Monroe and Bessie Edith Moore.
He married Bernice Opal (Ryan) on Sept. 3, 1955 in Maud. He worked for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a food and drug investigator for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Moore, of Inola; daughter, Christine Bennett, of Tulsa; brother, David Moore, of Tulsa; sisters, Katherine Frazier, of Leon, Lois Murr, of Muskogee, Ruth Horton, of Tulsa, Dorothy Murr, of Muskogee, Cora Kammerdiner, of Longview, Texas and Virginia Roper, of Burneyville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Bessie Moore and two brothers, Jack and Leroy Moore.
A memorial services is scheduled for 2 p.m., April 14, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church, in Inola, with Rev. Ron Hay officiating.
