Dr. Lewis Jobe of Biloxi died Friday, July 18. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, July 21 at 2:00 P.M. with burial in the National Armed Services Cemetery.
Dr. Jobe was a native of Montgomery County, a graduate of the University of Mississippi and made a career of the armed services. After his retirement from the services he worked with the Mississippi State Board of Health in Harrison and Hancock Counties.
Dr. Jobe leaves his wife, Mrs. Donna Jobe of Biloxi and one daughter, Donna, of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Dr. Eugene Jobe of Washington, D. C and Dr. E. R. Jobe of Jackson; one sister, Mrs. Mary Alice Hammond of Houston, Texas; and one grandchild.
