Heart Attack Fatal to Slaton Resident
SLATON, Dec. 12 (Special) - Funeral services are pending here for Manning Jones, 80, a resident of Slaton since 1922, who died in Shreveport, La., this afternoon.
Jones had gone to visit a sister Mrs. Dennis Crouch in Shreveport when he suffered a heart atack which took his life. His body is being brought back to Slaton for burial
