Marian Elizabeth Croyle, 93, of Somerset RD 7 and Kantner died April 15, 1995, at the residence of her daughter, Dorothy. Born July 26, 1901, in Hooversville. Daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Hershberger) Gindlesperger. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry A.; 2 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and a sister. Survived by these children: Dorothy, widow of Glenn Singo of Somerset RD 7; Mary, widow of Roy Custer of Kantner, and Clair "Bud," married to the former Darlene Mack of North Huntingdon; 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Ida Wilt of Altoona. Attended Acosta Church of God. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. Keith R. Bell and Rev. Charles McCollum. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be given to Somerset "In Touch" Hospice, Somerset, PA 15501.
