EVENTS OF ONE WEEK.

The Skamokawa Eagle of Jan. 10th, inst., is at hand and contains the following paragraph, which will be read with interest by readers of the Review, to whom Mr. Colwell is well known as a pioneer citizen of Alcona county:

Married--At the residence of Mrs. A. K. Strobel, Portland, Or., Jan. 3, 1895, Mr. George L. Colwell, of Ilwaco, Wash., and Mrs. Emma Keene Habersham, of Portland.

The marriage of Mr. Colwell, so long a resident of Skamokawa, comes as a surprise to his old friends, and while a little tardy, their congratulations are none the less sincere and hearty.
