Carl Edwin Lind, age 87, of Birmingham, Alabama died April 21, 1998. He was a member of Brook Highland Community Church; retired from Lloyd Noland Hospital.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 25, at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Elmwood Chapel with burial at Elmwood Cemetery, Pastor John Schulte officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Survivors: son, Edwin Lind of Garland, Texas; daughters, Margaret Hueske of Midford, Nebaska and Carleen Lind of Birmingham; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brother, Peter H. Lind of Lincoln, Alabama; sister, Emelie Schlichter of Northport, Alabama.
Memorials may be made to Brook Highland Community Church or a favorite charity.
