Born in Prussia, Germany, daughter of Joseph Wand and Catharina Monecke. Married Christian Heinrich Fredrich Glahn, Sr. about 1834 in Germany.

Mrs. Mary Ann Glahn died last Thursday night at the residence of her son in this city [sic], A. T. Glahn [sic]. She was born in Germany in 1813 [sic], and came to America in 1843.

Glahn — At the residence of her son, C. P. Glahn, 3 miles south of Leonard, on Dec. 7th, 1888, Mary Ann Tone Glahn, aged 76 years, 9 months and 5 days. She was born in Holungen, Ikesfeld, Prussia, March 2, 1812.
