OBITUARY.
Lula May Wilson, eldest daughter of Rafe and Margie Calhoun Wilson, was born January 23, 1886, and died at her home in LaBelle, Missouri, Sunday morning, September 9, 1934. She had always lived in Lewis county. In the fall of 1904, she united with the Baptist church, Rev. E. J. Sanderson, pastor, assisted in the meeting by Rev. H. A. Hunt and Mrs. Hunt, who was an excellent help in reaching the young people. She had been a sufferer from nervous trouble all her life.
She leaves one daughter, Jennie Dee, who will greatly miss her mother; two sisters, Flossie, wife of Joe P. Benner, of Knox City, and Ruby, wife of Noah Waller; two nieces; one nephew and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at the Coder undertaking parlor Monday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. H. R. White, pastor of the First Baptist church, after which the body was laid to rest in the LaBelle cemetery.
