Her death at 2:30 p.m. Friday
occurred in Dukes Hospital. She
had been ill for a month.
Born on Jan. 28, 1896, in Miami
county, she was the daughter
of Frank and Allie Bowman
Alspaugh.
Her marriage in 1923 was to
Samuel Smith.
Survivors are the husband; a
daughter, Mrs. Donald Garber,
route 2, Walton; a brother,
Earl Aspaugh, route 4, Peru
two sisters, Mrs. Otis Smith of 1
route 4, Peru, and Mrs. Mary
McNutt of Muncie, and 'two
grandchildren.
