Wilbur "Ike" Barnaby, 72, of Clovis, a retired manager, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000, at his home.
He was born July 28, 1927, in Howard, Kansas, to O.S. and Jessie (Draper) Barnaby.
Barnaby married Loretta "Dee" Lewis on October 3, 1953, in Independence, Kansas. He was a resident of Clovis for the past 34 years. He worked as a manager for the Pepsi Bttling Co. until his retirement. He was an active member of the Clovis Noonday Kiwanis Club for 29 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta "Dee" Barnaby, in 1994.
Survivors include one son, Robert Barnaby of Cleburne, Texas; tow daughters, Rita Martin of Keithville, La., and Anita Reid of Moscow Mills, Mo.; two brothers, Glen Barnaby of Longton, Kan., and Jim Barnaby of Barnsdall, Okla,; one sister, Millie Bryan of Independence, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at Steed-Todd Chapel. The Rev. Dean Turvaville will officiate.
Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Dick Gressett, George Banister, Jim Coleman, Richard Martin, Mathew Reid and Richard Lokken.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Clovis Noonday Kiwanis Club.
Memorials may be made to the Clovis Noonday Kiwanis Club, Children's Christmas Fund, c/o Gary Young, 1705 Windsor Way, Clovis, N.M. 88101.
