Mrs. Hoyer had been staying at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otto Schrimpf, rural Lake City, about a year.
She was born in Indiana Dec. 14, 1870, and lived on a farm near Ellsworth, Wis., several years. Her husband is dead.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Otto (Isabell) Schrimpf, Lake City, and Mrs. John (Lillian) Olson, Ellsworth; two sons, George, St. Paul and Albert, Ellsworth, and 15 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ellsworth, at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
