Orlando Watkin Weld Forester, 4th Baron Forester of Willey Park was the son of Cecil Weld Forester, 1st Baron Forester of Willey Park and Lady Katherine Mary Manners.
He married, firstly, Sophia Elizabeth Norman, daughter of Richard Norman, on 14 July 1840.
He married, secondly, Emma Maria Tollemache, daughter of William Tollemache and Lady Anna Maria Jane Seymour, on 5 October 1875.
