Services for Jerry D. Lafferty, Jr.. 29, of 3823 51st St. will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in the veterans section of Laurel Hill Cemetery. Mr. Lafferty died Wednesday near Estherville of injuries suffered in an auto accident. He was born in St. Louis and lived in Des Moines for 10 years. He was director of imaging and refurbishing at 4 Sons Handy Shop Inc., was active in the National Guard and was a veteran of the Marine Corps. Survivors include his wife, Margaret "Meg"; a daughter, Cassie Lafferty, and a son, Brendan, both at home; his parents, Barbara and Jerry Lafferty, Sr. of Pleasant Hill; a sister, Kim Farrar of Ames; and his grandparents, Ashiel and Lavada Lafferty of Corning, Ark., and Tony and Pauline Markunas of Houston, Mo.
