IN PROBATE-MANITOWOC COUNTY COURT.
In the matter of the estate of Joseph Jindra deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Anne Jindra, of Cooperstown in said county, representing among other things that Joseph Jindra, late of Cooperstown, on the 28th day of October, A.D., 1889, at Cooperstown, died intestate, leaving goods, chattels and estate within this state, and that the said petitioner is the widow of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to J.C. McCarty granted, it is ordered that said petition be heard before this court, on Tuesday, the 17th day of December, A.D., 1889, at 10 o'clock A.M., at my office in said county.
Ordered further, that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said deceased, and all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot a weekly newspaper published at Manitowoc in said county.
