Mrs. Bass was born on January 8, 1927 in Tampa, FL., to the late Joseph Bertram and Martha Idella Baker Lewis.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon E. Bass on June 25, 1997.
