Johnny was a retired employee of the former Mayfield Produce Company. He was a member of Buechel Park Christian Assembly of God.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Lawson McMichael; three sons, John W. McMichael (Doris), of Louisville, Larry McMichael, of Sellersburg and Stephen McMichael (Jennifer), of Bloomington, IL; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday at Carey & Son Funeral Home, Springfield, KY, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.
