James Earl McMichael, 46, died at 2 p.m. Saturday in his apartment at 1742 Patton Court. Deputy Coroner Lloyd Roemcle said death was due to a heart attack. McMichael. a retired truck driver, was a native of Springfield, Ky., and a member of Springfield Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, the former Sallie Hawkins; and four children, Robert. James Jr., Susie and Emma Belle. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home; 3601 Taylor Blvd. Burial will be in Cemetery Hill, Springfield. The body will be at the funeral home after 11:30 a.m. Monday. July 18, 1966
