ALBERT BRIANS
Albert Dona Brians, 82, of Oklahoma City, died Tuesday in an Oklahoma City hospital. Services were at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Guardian Funeral Chapel in Oklahoma City, followed by interment there.
Brians was born January 29, 1878, in Arkansas, and moved to Non, in Hughes County, about 1900. He had been a resident of that county until he moved to Oklahoma City from Calvin in 1945. He was a brother of the late R. H. Brians of Ada, and a cousin of Mrs. Bessie Hooper of Allen.
Brians is survived by his wife, Voisie, of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Hazel Allen and Mrs. Hattie Collins, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Hester Evans, Bartlesville; one son, Vernon Brians, Artesia, N.M.; two brothers, Horace Brians, Holdenville, and Lube Brians, Arroyo Grande, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Alma Gilbert, Westmoreland, Calif., eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
