NEW ALBANY - George Gregory "Greg" Cook, 43, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, at his home. He was a parts manager at Big M's Trucking and a Methodist. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Baldwyn First United Methodist Church with Bro. Robert McCoy officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens. Waters Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his mother, Faye Lindsey, and stepfather, John, of the Birmingham Ridge community; one son, Ryan Cook of New Albany; one brother, Barry Cook and Christie of Tupelo; nieces and nephews, Robbie Cook, Krystan Cook, Lynsey Cook, Amanda Cook and Amber Flournoy; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Cook, and his grandparents.

Pallbearers will be Tim Dillard, Hubert Smith, Bobby Stokes, Ken Edlin, Adam Fitts and Alan Colthart.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mitchell Pannell, Tommy Bryant, Danny Garrison and Willie Pulliam.
