Bryon was admitted to practice 21 Oct 1904. He was appointed a federal judge to the Philippines by President Roosevelt in 1901 and later appointed U.S. Attorney to the district of Porto Rico.
He married Clara Bell Thomas, daughter of Joseph G. and Nancy Jane (Fife) Thomas in 1881. They had one daughter, Laura.
He died in St. Lucie, Florida, at the home of Judge William C. Boyle where he was visiting.
