On January 22nd, 2013 our heavenly Father decided that he needed a Grandma Betty angel in Heaven and called her home.
Betty was a loving and devoted wife. The pride and joy of her life was her grandchildren and great grandkids. They all knew when they came to see Grandma Betty, there were surprises and candy coming to them.
Betty is survived by her husband John Cates; sons and wives, Rick and Karen Anderson, Doug and Donna Anderson and daughter and husband Sheila and Todd Brown; stepson and wife John Paul and Gala Cates; stepdaughter and husband Teresa and stepdaughter Denise Threadgill; eighteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; brothers and wives, Jimmy and Barbara Beall and Malford and Jodie Beall and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral service will be at Stewart Cemetery in Henderson, Texas.
