Cathryne Hudgins, born September 10, 1907 in Dallas, TX, went home to be with her Lord, September 14, 1998. She is survived by her devoted son, Robert Hudgins and wife, Billie of Albuquerque; loving grandchildren, Laura Wilbanks and husband, Doug of Whiteface, TX, Cheryl Ogle and husband, Terry of Clovis, CA, Gary Hudgins of Phoenix, AZ, and Robin Colyer and husband, Kim of Albuquerque; and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hudgins was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Robert Hudgins Sr. in 1980; and her grandson, Wayne Hudgins in 1983. She had a lifelong love for the Lord and anxiously awaited the day when she would join Him in His Kingdom. Her joys in life included visiting with family, reading the Bible, the Sandia mountains, hot air balloons, and outings to Garduno's. She had resided at Montebello Nursing Home since 1987. At her request, no formal services will be held, instead, the family will gather at a later date. Cremation has taken place at French Mortuary.
