Funeral services for James David Hunter, 78, former Delaware County resident, who died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning at St. John's Hospital, Anderson, will be conducted at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Polhemus-Shirey mortuary in Daleville, the Rev. W.H. Polhemus in charge. Burial will be in Hawk Cemetery, near Yorktown.
Mr. Hunter was the last member of a family of nine children. Surviving are one son, Charles Hunter, of near Gaston; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. The body was removed to the mortuary.
