Geneva is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Claude R. Pitts; a daughter, Claudette Beasley; a son-in-law, Dennis R. Gifford; 2 brothers, Marshall Rumley, Martin Rumley; and 2 sisters, Phoebe Kinsey, and Annie Spence.
Survivors include a son, Randall Pitts of Newport, AR; a daughter, Carol Gifford of Batesville, AR; a son-in-law, Gaylor Beasley of Tennessee; a sister-in-law, Elsie Rumley; 3 grandchildren: Bryan Beasley, Jill Imboden and husband Cory, Saundra Sturdivant and husband Eric; 8 great grandchildren: Alyssa Beasley, Reagan Beasley, Brianna Beasley, Caleb Imboden, Casey Imboden, Jordan Sturdivant, Jaycie Sturdivant, Joanna Sturdivant; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside services are set for 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Senath Cemetery in Senath, Missouri with Chuck Clark officiating. Pallbearers will be Caleb Imboden, Casey Imboden, Cory Imboden, Jordan Sturdivant, Eric Sturdivant, and Reagan Beasley.
No visitation will be held.
