Arvie McIntire, 77, Louisville, a native of Springfield, died at Sat. Anthony Hospital in Louisville Monday, February 26. The remains rested in the Highlands Funeral Home in Louisville.
Surviving are his wife, formerly Miss Josephine Ballard; a son, John A, McIntire; four sisters, Sr. Mary Lorenz, St. Catharine, Mrs. John Barker and Miss Mar Belle McIntire, Springfield. and Mrs. N. J. Rademaker, Louisville, three brothers, Hubert and Alex McIntire, Louisville, and Frank McIntire, Loretto, and two grandchildren.
The funeral Mass was said at 10 o'clock Thursday morning, March 1, in St. Raphael Catholic Church in Louisville, interment following in St. Rose Church Cemetery, near Springfield.
