Bob Peace, 86, of Charlotte passed away Friday, September 19, 2008 at his residence. He was born May 1, 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late John F. and Mary(nee Neracher), Husband of Eleanor ""El"" Gruss Peace .Bob was retired as a Maintenance Supervisor from Fisher Body works in Ohio retiring in 1980-Bob was a member of the ELKs and served in the Seabees 45th Battalion.Bob and Eleanor never had any children of their own,but had many nieces and nephews to enjoy and share life with.
Bob was a Ham Radio operator for many years and enjoyed talking to people all over the world,
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by three siblings
