Mrs. Louise Agnew
Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Agnew, 92, of Ogema, were held Monday,January 23, at the Ogema Baptist church with the Rev. David Brostrom officiating. Burial was in the Hillside cemetery at Ogema. Funeral arrangements were made by the Taylor funeral home, of Rib Lake. Mrs. Agnew died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Melvin Bruner, at Ogema, Friday January 20. Louise Willis was born Sept. 5, 1868 at Danburg, Georgia, and in 1892 was married to William Stephen Agnew. She taught school in Tennessee and Texas prior to her marriage. The family moved to Ogema in 1921 and for the past 40 years had made their home there. Mrs. Agnew was preceded in death by her husband and by two sons. She was a member of the Beulah Baptist church at Danburg. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Melvin Bruner (Sara), of Ogema and Mrs. John Fleming (Bernice) of Chicago; six grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren. Attending the services from away was Mrs. John J. Fleming of Chicago
