Crawford Calvin Ledford, 80, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, October 11, 2009, at his home.
Born July 5, 1929, in Central, SC, son of the late Hardy Calvin Ledford (1900-1945) and Anna Mae (Wright) Ledford (1901-1980); husband of Hallie Mae (Anderson) Ledford (1932–2005).
Owner of Carolina Rug and Linoleum for 38 years, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Boiling Springs Ward, and a Veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves.
Survivors include sons, Calvin Samuel Ledford and Jack Timothy Ledford (1993-2023); daughters-in-law, Robin Ledford and Bonnie Ledford; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Monroe Ledford; and sisters, Ila Mae Ledford Carver (1924-2015) and Patricia Ann "Patsy" Ledford Crawford (1934-2017)
Also predeceased by siblings, John Berry Ledford (1919-2003), James Edward Ledford (1921–2008), Lelon Frank Ledford (1926-1927), Joel Ray Ledford (1931-2000).
Visitation was held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel.
Graveside services were held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens conducted by Elder Brad Smith.
