She worked as a billing clerk for a radiologist for seven years. She also worked with her husband in his plumbing business for 20 years, while raising their children. She loved being around young people, and enjoyed art anad writing. Her family says it was these things that kept her young at heart.
She is survived by her daughter and son in-law, Claudia and Steve Coleman of Vacaville; daughter Anne Frederick of Fairfield; son David of Atlanta,Ga.; sisters, Annette Grimes of Lettleton,Mass. and Phyllis Colbert of San Francisco; grandsons, Christopher Jeffery of Cameron,Mo., Stephen Frederick of Redwood City and Jason Bulger of San Francisco; great-grandson, Elijah Jeffery of St. Joseph, MO.; and several nieces and nephews.
