Mrs. Elva Ann Deason, 64, died in Holden hospital this morning. Her home was on Carbondale RFD 4.

Survivors include the husband, Frances E. Deason; three daughters, Mrs. Lester Caraway of Murphysboro, Mrs. Byron Canning of Marissa, and Mrs. Robert Satterfield of Carbondale; six sons, Ernest of Detroit, Michigan, Russell of LaGrange, Glen of Collinsville, Lester of Salem, Herbert of Champaign, and Raymond of Sparta; and two brothers, Ernest A. Winchester and Ben L. Winchester, both of Urbana.

She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant church, president of W.S.C.S., a member of the Home Bureau and of the Ladies' Auxiliary of Rural Mail Carriers.
