Bonnie Kidd Phillips, age 76, of Route 2, Oneida, died Dec. 5, 1995, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn.

Born in Bell Farm, Ky., Oct. 15, 1919, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Martha Slaven Kidd.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and seven brothers. She was a member of High Point Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Archie Phillips; three daughters: Barbara Jones and husband Bill of Cincinnati, Ohio; Carol Jones and husband Frank of West Chester, Ohio; and Phyllis Reynolds of Oneida; son, Howard Glen Phillips of Birmingham, Ala.; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two special nieces, Sophia Illy of Cincinnati, and Frances Krebs of Ohio; special friend Jenny Lynch; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted Dec. 8, 1995, in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with the Revs. Dilmon Stanley and Obis Byrd officiating. Special music was provided by the Joe Davis Singers and Violas Daugherty. Interment followed at Hazel Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Robert Terry, Danny Terry, James Owens, Bill Ellis, Ronnie Stephens and Adam Stephens.

Jones & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
