(2) She married 2nd to Harvey OSBORN {31 Aug. 1815 - 24 Feb. 1886} in Cannon Co., TN. on Nov. 2, 1864

H. Osborn & wife Naomi vs. John P. Gannon & others. Complaintant Naomi L. Osborn is the widow of John A. Travis. She has since the death of the said John A. intermarried with the said H. Osborn. Said Travis departed this life in Cannon County seized & possessed of land in the 1st District. It is bounded on the south by land belonging to the estate of Samuel Travis. The said Naomi L. has never had her dower. She is entitled to the same. The administrator & all of the children of the said Naomi L. are before the Court. Said Naomi L. is assigned her dower.
