WALLACE H. KAISER SR.

Wallace H. Kaiser, 68, of Route 2, Elkhart Lake, died Thursday morning at his home following a lengthy illness.
Mr. Kaiser was born March 31, 1918, at Millhome, Manitowoc County, son of the late Robert and Sylvia Popp Kaiser. He attended schools in the Town of Schleswig. On Aug. 14, 1943, he married LaVerne Gebhard at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel.
Mr. Kaiser was employed at Manitowoc Ship Building Co. and later at Gilson Brothers in Plymouth, before working many years at Elenco Carbide Tools Inc. in Plymouth. He retired in 1983. He was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Wayne of Glenbeulah, and Wallace Jr. of New Holstein; one daughter, Mrs. Larry (Nancy) Miller of Plymouth; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, one brother and two grandchildren.
The funeral Mass will be at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel. The Rev. Thomas Leannah, pastor will be celebrant of the Mass. Burial will be in the Church cemetery.
