Mrs. George T. Baker
LYONS - Mrs. Mabel Baker, 77, died Tuesday at Rice County District Hospital after suffering a heart attack.
Born April 29, 1891 at CoIumbus, she was married to Ralph Baker, March 4, 1908. He died in 1960. She was married to George T. Baker, Oct. 6, 1965. She moved to Lyons from Hutchinson three years ago.
She was a member of the Saxman Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by the widower, George; daughters, Mrs. Guy Seybert, San Fernando, Calif.; Mrs. Berna (Vernon) Hanks, Great Falls, Mont.; Mrs, James Meade, Palm Springs, Calif.; Mrs. Ralph Guthrie, 1325 Archer; Mrs. Gene Archer, Medora; sons, Moses F., Emporia; Ralph C, Sterling; Howard, Bartlesville, Okla., Lawrence, Partridge; Darold, RFD 1; Wiley, 1325 Archer; 30 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Crawford-Miller Mortuary, Lyons, Rev. John Stevenson. Burial in the Sterling Community Cemetery, Sterling. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Crawford-Miller Mortuary, Lyons.
