Born July 31, 1904, in New York, N.Y., to Attilio and Vittoria Nespoli Maserati, she married James Palley in 1921 in Lewistown. He died Feb. 22, 1938. She also was preceded in death by one son, Raymond L. Palley, and one brother.
Surviving are two sons, Albert W. of Peoria and Robert J. of Farmington; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles Maserati of Hemet, Calif.; and three sisters, Mollie Mathews of Farmington, Anne Rogindino of Ontario, Calif., and Mrs. Andelina Zenzola of Highwood.
She was an inspector at the East Peoria Caterpillar Inc. plant for 20 years, retiring in 1964. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church in Farmington where services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Jim Nugent will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Anderson Funeral Home in Farmington. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Farmington.
