FRED GOOLSBY

COOKEVILLE- Funeral services for Fred Goolsby, 76, will be held Thursday, October 6, at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Hooper and Huddleston Funeral Home with burial in the Algood Cemetery.

Mr. Goolsby was dead-on-arrival Oct. 4 *(1988) at Cookeville General Hospital following an extended illness.

Mr. Goolsby was a member of Jefferson Ave Church of Christ, where he served as a Deacon for many years.

Mr. Goolsby is survived by his wife, Mary Goolsby of Cookeville; three sons, Buddy Goolsby of Acworth Georgia, David and Mike Goolsby, both of Cookeville; one daughter, Pam Goolsby of Atlanta Georgia; one brother, Paul Goolsby of Algood; one sister, Mrs. Fred Evans of Carthage and five grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today, October 5.

Bro. Henry Shelby will officiate at the services.
