Services for Mrs. Charles (Dorothy Adeline Buskirk) Cutler,95, of Decatur were held at 11 a.m. Tusday in St. John's Episcopal Church in Decatur. Burial was in the Point Pleasant Cemetery with the Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
She died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000 in Lincoln Manor Nursing Home in Decatur.
Born Jan 26, 1905 in Dollville, she was a daughter of the Rev. William F. and Effie Neil Buskirk. She was a homemaker and member of St. John's Episcopal Church. She married Charles F. Cutler April 8, 1923, and he died Aug. 31, 1988.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Donald (D. Lorraine) Goveia of Decatur (formerly of Sullivan), Opal Phee of Decatur and Mrs. Harold (Alice M.) Hayes of Decatur; sons, Ernest F. Cutler of Decatur and Charles William Cutler of Mt. Pleasant, Wis.; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Three brothers, one half sister, one half brother, one grandson and one great-granddaughter preceded her in death.
The family suggests memorials to St. John's Episcopal Church or to the Lincoln Manor Nursing Home in Decatur.
