Grove Marden Haddock was born on Nov. 13, 1905 in Bloomington, Bear Lake, Idaho. He was the third son of Edward John Haddock and Mary Ward. Grove put himself through college at BYU. He met Flora Eileen Gridley attending college. They were married on Aug 31, 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They made their home in Idaho where they had five children, Ian Grove Haddock, Diane Sarah Haddock, Stanton Mark Haddock, Edward Kent Haddock, and Sandra Lynne Haddock. Grove was a Teacher and also a Principal. He taught at several schools throughout Idaho.
