Mr. Abrams was the son of Joseph and Catherine Morrow Abrams, and was born in Canada March 28th, 1865. He came to Westmoreland with his parents when he was a year old. Later on his parents moved to Brookfield, where most of his life was passed. For seven years he worked in Rome, where he was married to Margaret Stooks of that place, who survives him, with two daughters, Mabel M., and Edna M., of Rome. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Jay W. Brown, of Unadilla Forks, and one brother, William Abrams, of this place.
Mr. Abrams was a genial man, thrifty and industrious, and had many friends.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church in Brookfield March 27th and were largely attended. Interment will be made in Brookfield Cemetery.
