ROGER M. KIERCE, 75, died Feb. 5, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Houston. Born June 16, 1937, in San Antonio, TX. Preceded in death by his parents, Mims and Mary (Lehman) Kierce and brother, Tony. Survived by his wife of 52 years, Patty (Reinders) Kierce; daughters and sons-in-law, Vanessa and Ralph Burzynski, Janet and Robert Kutyba, Cathy and David Rendon, and Kimberly Kierce; 11 grandchildren, 1 step-granddaughter, and 3 great-granddaughters; sisters Bernice and Kerwin Weinheimer and Dorothy and Edward Engelken and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation, vigil and rosary on Fri., Feb. 8, 2013, 6-8 pm at Klein Funeral Home and funeral service, 10:30am, Sat., Feb. 9, 2013, at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 11507 Huffmeister Rd., Houston, TX 77065. Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
