Last Will and Testament of Claudine M Nuckols
I, Claudine M Nuckols, St Matthews, Jefferson County, Kentucky , do make publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all wills and codicile heretofore made by me.
Item I - I direct that Lee E Cralle Company have charge of my funeral arrangements and that my remains be buried in the Cave Hill Cemetery at the grave reserved for me and that the date of my death be carved upon the largest existing monument.
Item II - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
Item III - All my household goods and personal effects including jewelry which I May own at the time of my death and which are not disposed of by a memorandum left by me, shall be sold by my executor at public auction within 30 days after the date of my death.
Item IV - All real property which I may own at the time of my death shall be sold by my executor within six months from the date of my death.
Item V - I further direct my executor to pay to Cave Hill Cemetery Company the sum of $500 for the perpetual care of my six-grave lot in Section 17, Cave Hill Cemetery.
Item IX - I appoint the Citizens Fidelity Bank and Trust Company executor of this will and trustee of my estate with full power to compromise or otherwise to settle or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts or demands against or in favor of my estate as fully as I could do if living; and if said executor shall find it necessary to sell any of my property for the purpose of administration, division, distribution, or the carrying out of any of the terms of this will, it shall have full power of sale, and the said executor shall not be required to secure any orders of court authorizing such sale or sales.
