Mrs. Charles W. Phillips died Saturday night in her home in Warrensburg. She had been sick for a year and for the last two months had been confined to her bed. She had lived many years in Warrensburg where she was a member of the Methodist church and was well known.

Emma Lavina Greeson was born Feb. 11,1867 [sic] in Marion county, Ind. She was twice married, her first husband W.A. Taylor died 21 years ago. Her second marriage was to W. A. Phillips.

She leaves her husband and the following children, Mrs. M.A. Morthlan, Decatur, Mrs. Nellie Brintlinger, Terre Haute, Mrs. Gertrude Crouse, Toledo, Ohio, stepdaughter, Mildred Taylor, four sons, W. A. Taylor, Chicago, John Taylor, Warrensburg, Robert Taylor, Michigan City, Ind, Elmer Taylor, Terre Haute,14 grandchildren, sister, Mrs. Della Steward of Anderson, Ind, brothers, Darr Greeson of Mooresville, Ind, Reeves Greeson of Indianapolis.
