Lillie Frances Hollar Gaunce, age 86, Ruddles Mill Road, Paris, Kentucky, widow of Charles Collier Gaunce, died Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Central Baptist Hospital, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born August 26, 1922, in Nicholas County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Albert and Rose Lynn Ishmael Hollar. She was a graduate of Millersburg High School and a member of Ruddles Mill Christian Church.

She is survived by: a niece, Frances Ann Warren, of Georgetown; and a nephew, William Frank Cleaver, of Lancaster.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. John McGuire, with burial in Carlisle Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Ronald Chanslor, Carl Toomey, John Coleman, William Frank Cleaver, Mike Williams and John Wyatt. Honorary bearers will Ed Hollar, Bob Snapp and Walter Link. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Thursday. Memorials are suggested to Ruddles Mill Christian Church.
