ST. CLOUD, Fla. - Norman Goff Bays, 47, of St. Cloud, formerly of Charleston, W.Va., died May 23, 1999, at the home of his sister, in Gassaway, W.Va., after a short illness. He was a carpenter and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Also surviving: wife, one; son, a; stepson, two brothers, and four sisters.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Bailey-Cobb Cemetery, South Charleston, with the Rev. Delmer Young officiating. Memorial service will be 7 p.m. today at Good Shepherd Mortuary, South Charleston.
