JOHN P. "JACK" REISSIG, 79, of Fort Wayne, died on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013. He was the son of the late Bernard and Edna Reissig, and served his country in the U.S. Army. He retired from Zoellner Pistons, and was an avid N.A.S.C.A.R. fan. He is survived by his wife, Aldine Horton; children, Cheryl (John) Reissig-Daley, David (Cathy) Reissig, Michael Reissig, and Diana (Tim) Goetz; stepchildren, John Kohler, and Jason Horton; grandchildren, Amanda Taber, Michael Reissig Jr., and Jennifer Kohler; four great-grandchildren; and his supercharged 1952 Ford pickup; Hemi Powered Henry. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at Greenlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Calling also from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
