She was born February 25th, 1942 in Lexington, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Harold Catron and Jennie Rachel Morrow Catron, Somerset, Kentucky. She was a 1960 graduate of Somerset High School and held an associate degree from Bowling Green Business University, was a bookkeeper for Cumberland Security Bank, Somerset, Kentucky and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Somerset, Kentucky.
She is survived by her mother; one brother, Lewis (and Carol) Catron, Somerset, Kentucky; one sister, Nancy Catron, Annapolis, Maryland; two nephews, Shannon Catron and Camerson Catron; one niece, Tina Catron; 1 great niece, Jessica Catron, as well as several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Sam Catron.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 28th, 2003 at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Brother Gerald Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Somerset Cemetery, Somerset, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 27th, 2003 at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
