Elizabeth Abbey, Rt. 4, Eugene, died March 29 at her home. She was 92 years old. She was born May 28, 1856, in Morrow County, Ohio, and came to Oregon 47 years ago, living in and around Eugene. She was a member of the Christian Church and Evangeline Chapter No. 51, O.E.S.
Surviving are children, Lloyd L. Abbey, Santa Clara, William R., of Charleston, Ore., Clifford G., of Eugene; Harold, of LaJolla, Calif., Mrs. Calista King, Chehalis, Wash.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at Simon-Lounsbury Mortuary Friday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Hugh McCallum officiating. Order of Eastern Star services will be conducted by Evangeline Chapter No. 151.
